Nautiq is a companion app for the Deep6 Excursion dive computer. This policy describes what data the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.
Nautiq collects dive data (depth profiles, timestamps, temperature, gas mixes, device settings) directly from your Deep6 Excursion dive computer over Bluetooth LE. You may also enter dive data manually or import it from CSV/UDDF files. This data is stored locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, synced to your personal iCloud account.
All dive data remains on your device and your personal iCloud account. Nautiq does not transmit dive data to any external server, analytics service, or third party.
Nautiq does not use advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs, or any form of user tracking. The app does not collect your name, email, location, or any personal information beyond what you voluntarily enter into your dive log.
Nautiq uses Bluetooth LE solely to communicate with your Deep6 Excursion dive computer. It does not scan for or connect to any other devices.
Nautiq Pro is processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is never accessible to the app or its developer.
You can delete any or all dive data within the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. iCloud data can be managed through your device's iCloud storage settings.
